We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. How did you make the neon text part? I've been dieing to know to how photoshop neon light-pen effects.

Well basically, you choose a VERY light version of the color you want to glow, and then using the layer effects (Which in photoshop CS3, are on the bottom of your layer's window.), you turn on "Outter Glow", choose a darker version of the same color you're using, and mess around with the spread and size. The spread should be smaller than your size...
